Recently, the company's 400MVA 850kV three-phase integrated power transformer was successfully developed and passed the internal test at one time. The development of this product marks an important breakthrough in the key core technology of Huapeng, the company's R & D and manufacturing capacity to a new level.

The project to develop 400MVA 850kV three-phase power transformer is aimed at verifying the design, manufacturing, quality control and testing technologies that the company has developed over the years in the field of ultra-high-voltage transformers, and expanding the production capacity of the company's ultra-high-voltage transformers to 750kV and above. At the same time, it also provides a test power supply guarantee for the production of the company's reactors. Through the production of this transformer, the company has the R&D and production capacity of three-phase 500kV and single-phase 750kV reactors.

After the project was established, the company organised a special technical team to carry out in-depth research on key technical issues such as insulation structure, magnetic leakage control and overheating of structural parts of 850kV ultra-high-voltage transformer, and used finite element analysis software to simulate and analyse the product's industrial frequency electric field, impact transient overvoltage distribution, short-circuit withstand capacity, magnetic leakage distribution, etc., and adopted effective insulation structure, magnetic leakage shielding and other technical measures to make the product's performance in all aspects in one go. Measures to make the product performance in all aspects of a one-time to meet the expected goals. The technical measures and experience formed in the process of product development will also be promoted and used to enhance the technical level of the company's products.
